Who We Are

Edgewater Management Group is a family owned and operated full service, community association, management company. We currently serve the Capital District and Saratoga Regions of Upstate New York and welcome new associations to work with. Edgewater Management Group manages a variety of community associations including single family and multi-unit homeowner associations, as well as condominium and townhouse associations. Our management team has over 40 years of combined management experience in managing community associations, managing their own businesses or being employed in upper management positions in the retail and commercial service industries.

 

What We Do

Our management team provides quality services with high ethical standards and 24/7/365 availability while working within the unique, individual needs of each community association that we manage. We routinely meet with your elected board members to regularly evaluate the needs of your community and establish a full understanding of your community's standards and expectations. We customize our management services to work with each individual community based on their specific goals and the changing needs of the community. As much as possible, we choose to use local banks, vendors and contractors in an effort to support the local communities that we serve in, live in and do business in.

Our mission is to provide help and expertise to each Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowner Association with the required level of professional service that its governing Board desires. We believe that by having our managers and support staff trained and equipped in accordance with industry professional standards, we can offer your community association the management services that you will appreciate and a growing relationship with our team members that you will enjoy for years to come.
